By booking a class or using this website, you agree to the following terms set by CeCe’s CPR & Health, LLC.

Booking & Refund Policy

All class bookings are non-refundable once payment is submitted.

No refunds will be issued for no show, no call missed classes.

Students may reschedule one time as long as:

The request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled class start time

The new class date is within 30 days of the original booking

Reschedule requests made after 15 minutes of the class start time cannot be accommodated.
Attendance & Certification
-
Students must arrive on time and complete all required skills and testing to receive certification.

Certification cards are issued same day electronically according to American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) guidelines. Processing times may vary and are not controlled by CeCe’s CPR & Health, LLC.

Responsibility to Verify Requirements
​
It is the student’s responsibility to confirm that the course they select meets their employer’s or licensing agency’s requirements.
​
Right to Refuse Service
CeCe’s CPR & Health, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or remove a participant from class if necessary for safety or class integrity. No refunds will be provided.
